Plank Road Darby Display Cabinet Deck and Base

Few dining room or living room furniture pieces have the personality and character found in the Darby Display Cabinet. Maybe that is why it is so difficult to find unique, well-made vertical pieces. Rather than build the expected china cabinet for this collection, we chose instead to make a vertical piece that would not only display its contents well, but also itself be a beautiful part of the display. The Darby Cabinet features seeded glass for a vintage/antique look, interior lighting above framed glass shelves, and sliding doors to access it all.

All spills should be wiped as soon as possible, including food or beverage residue. We recommend a microfiber cloth dampened with one tablespoon of distilled vinegar to one quart of distilled water. Wipe in direction of the grain. Use clean, soft cloth to dry. Avoid the use of oily polishes or waxes.
To prevent color change, avoid direct sunlight for long periods of time or rotate often for even exposure. To avoid cracking, do not expose to extreme humidity or temperature. Do not place extremely hot or cold drinks directly on the finish. Avoid the use of rubber, vinyl and plastics such as placemats and lamp pads, which may deteriorate finish. We recommend using cloth-backed items for these purposes.
